Birmingham mayor proposes $455M operating budget

Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin has proposed a $455 million operating budget – the largest budget proposal in the history of the city – for the fiscal year starting July 1.

Birmingham businesses can now lift mask requirements as city lets mask ordinance expire
